The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with everything looking smart and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate effectively and even had an English-speaking family member assist us towards the end of our trip. The food at the hotel was delicious and there was always plenty of it, ensuring that we never went hungry. these aspects made our holiday enjoyable and memorable.
Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel's location is a drawback, with nothing nearby for dining options. the breakfast offered was described as poor, consisting of only two slices of toast sprinkled with olive oil and pre, packed cakes. the lack of English, speaking staff was also a disappointment, despite being promised otherwise.
The hotel itself was clean, smart, and the owners were friendly. the food served was reportedly very good and plentiful, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

Hotel experience during Christmas
We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. First, the rooms were very cozy and decorated for the holiday season. Second, the location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the city. We enjoyed the beautiful snow-capped mountains surrounding the area. Finally, we loved the traditional Christmas dinner that was served at the hotel. It was absolutely delicious and a great way to experience local cuisine.
One downside of staying at this hotel was the language barrier. We had a hard time communicating with the staff as they didn't speak English.

The hotel was in a beautiful rural location, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. the room was comfortable, and we slept well on the comfortable bed. the shower was powerful and refreshing.
We were very disappointed with the breakfast. the selection was very limited, and the quality of the food was poor.
